Our travel planning and booking specialists will provide assistance before, during, and even after your trip and are available 24/7 when our clients are traveling, so that we may be of service for any need that may arise. Our boutique travel agency is also affiliated with the Virtuoso network as well as many elite hotel programs, which often allows us to VIP our clients and provide many added amenities and benefits that you may not be able to get when booking on your own.

Yes, we do charge a Professional Fee for our travel planning and design services. Working with a seasoned travel planner offers many benefits, including saving you time, reducing your stress, and providing you with confidence that your vacation will be tailored to your specific interests. We work with you to craft a custom itinerary that fits your needs, and we have vetted suppliers to ensure that your vacation is planned to the highest possible standards. And working with a travel pro will free up your time to focus on family and other interests with the assurance that your valuable vacation time will be the best it can be. We do not do ‘cookie-cutter’ itineraries as every traveler and vacation is different. We are also affiliated with Gifted Travel Network, a Virtuoso member agency, and that allows us to offer added-value amenities and special perks that you may not be able to get on your own. Our design fee for vacation planning starts at $300, but may vary depending on length and complexity of your trip. For group trips, our fee starts at $150 per person. If you are traveling outside of the United States, yes you do need a passport, and it must be valid for at least 6 months past the date of your return from a trip. So if you are traveling in June, then your passport expiration date cannot be before December of that year. For cruises, even though some cruise lines do not require a passport for certain itineraries, we still strongly suggest having one in case of an emergency that would require you to depart your cruise early to fly home. You cannot fly from a different country back to the United States without a valid passport. We also strongly encourage you to renew your passport about a year before the expiration date to allow for processing times and mailing.

Yes! We do strongly encourage all our travelers to purchase travel insurance for their vacation. Travel insurance has a range of coverages that can protect you before you depart as well as during your trip. Some companies may also offer ‘Cancel for any reason’ coverage that allows you to cancel your trip for any reason up to one day before departure. We work with several preferred insurance providers and can offer you a quote for your trip. If you've already booked your vacation, but still need travel insurance, please reach out... we can help!

We understand the unique needs of an independent traveler and our specialized solo travel agents are happy to assist with anyone looking to explore on their own. There are many options for solo travel including river cruises, joining a small-group tour with one of our preferred partners, or venturing on your own with a detailed itinerary. Our solo travel agent also offers group trips geared specifically for solo travelers, so you get the best of both worlds... you have the opportunity to meet new like-minded people on your tour, but also allows for independent downtime as well. Yes! We love to work with groups, including Adventurous trips, Safaris, Spa and Wellness, Retreats, Women’s-only vacations and many more. Also, if you are a company/ corporation looking for employee incentive trips, or team-building vacations to ‘give back’ to local communities, we can assist with travel planning and booking for that too! Absolutely! We can help with booking flights for your vacation, and have access to all the airlines as well as flight consolidators and wholesalers, which can sometimes be less expensive than booking through the airline direct. There are different options for booking flights and we will work with you to get the best flights available for your itinerary. *We typically only book flights as part of a vacation package, but may consider a flight-only request in certain situations.
